Well I was right, the Veronica industry lead was the subject of a prior Where Is It by Michael.
I was thinking the current image by ConrailDetroit was also a previous Where Is It.
Apparently not but that location was discussed before with an image provided.

Is this on a former GTW line, perhaps Dequindre Cut Greenway area?

Realizing what you are referencing may be different than what I am referencing...
The track in the foreground was part of a Michigan Central Freight House/team tracks.
Across the way, roughly north of where the building is, was a Grand Trunk Freight House/team tracks.

Mistakenly, this would have been on a former Conrail predecessor. The reason for error is a hint
