AML Willow Run Question

Anyone know what’s up with the auto racks at the old Willow Run yard? Are these storage? There is also a trackmobile and new construction style trailer there.

It’s a repair in place facility, relatively new operation to the AML. I believe the B25 job sets them out there. Where they come from? I have no idea.
