Wonder if your camera lets you set an exposure level for the video, but the 2nd video with the Amtrak MOW train, your camera way over exposed the video as soon as the lead locos came into picture, then kept it so high that I could barely see the camp cars... when the end of the train went by, exposure went back to normal levels...

Why? There is a difference you know.. Something that truly is uncommon or "rare" vs something that is not.. And don't drag that crap into my thread. I can count on one hand how many camp trains I have seen.

They're rare because most Class I's have given up on them, and put their employees up in real hotel lodging during MOW projects.YpsiAmtrakBoy wrote:Why? There is a difference you know.. NS was actually taken to court on those cars, and I think they were finally forced to upgrade them with plumbing, air conditioning, etc.

But CSX! Camp cars and such are cool! Just because you whiny railroaders dont like them is not the point! The comfort and safety of the crews, or even the financial stability of the RR, are not NEARLY as important as keeping us railfans ENTERTAINED!! You certainly have been on here long enough to know that!
