It seems as the Class 1s RRs are failing to achieve a sustainable, healthy balance, of profit, operation optimization, employee safety, public relations, customer service, and quality of service. However, not limited to the RRs as many other big businesses and governments are following the same pattern.

What are the pros and cons of PSR, other than the obvious that has already been mentioned in the article? From a foamer perspective, it means fewer trains and less railroad diversity.
