Few things going on as of this morning/afternoon. On the drive into work this morning, heard a few trains running. D708 was pulling up through Wyoming Yard to get the car shop to do their air test. Lately, they seem to be getting this done between 8:30am-8:40am each day, and departing by around 9am. There was a K357 rolling through the east side of Grand Rapids, on it's way to Wyoming Yard. Also on the drive in, Q326 was somewhere around Waverly as I was getting into work. Constant chatter from the dispatcher to MOW forces throughout the drive.
This afternoon, as I was getting my food, heard that same K35725 clearing out at Hudsonville. Hurried into downtown, and got them coming by Zeeland Lumber. CSXT 5359 in the lead. Y121 was workin with the dispatcher, and was having problems getting switches around Waverly lined up. Q326 was also getting ready to leave Grand Rapids approx 1:55pm, so they should be heading towards Lansing and such during a late afternoon run.
