Q165/Q166 schedule

Is there any specific time of day Q165 and Q166 typically run down the Garrett and Willard Subs, specifically between Defiance and Fostoria? Do they typically run during the day or night, and what hours?

Last few days, Q165 has been westbound through Fostoria around 11p-1am, one day by at 5am. By Defiance a little over an hour later.
Q166 eastbound through Fostoria between 10am and 4pm for the past week.

I can attest to this watching the Deshler web cam continually. Watching four hour rewinds once every four hours, you can see exactly what goes by 24 hours a day by watching it only six times a day.
