As of 4:38pm, I can't find anything for either of them. Haven't heard D705 giving up his EC1 for Ensel/Lake Odessa so I'm assuming D706 is still inside Lake Odessa waiting.

Thanks Tom , I’ve been listening as well and heard nothing. Was hoping you caught something I did not.

LansingRailFan Says: "EB D708 w CSX 6560/CSX 4017 clear S. Pennsylvania at 12:31. Same power until January.

BL2-1843 Says: How could you make a typo on the 2nd unit? It was 4077. 6560+4077 has been on this job since July 28th so keeping it on until January would be no surprise.

tuesday update on 700

255pm - eb at 19.1 with 4016 lead and 2777? trail ( not sure on the engine number of the 4 axle ) with 64 cars
628pm - wb at 19.1 with 4016 lead and 2800 trail with 58 cars
y121 will have a new engine for power tomorrow

does grand ledge have cars stored in the siding? or did mow have control of the main between lake o and wedt ensel today?
that was a long wait for 706 at lake o, had more then enough time to clear up in grand ledge for 705, does the east end of gx
still have a spring switch. in days of old , the ds would issue meet order for eastbounds to take siding gx and meet wbs on the main.
with the wb throwing the switch for the eb and then relining the switch for the wb to depart after the meet
and at sunfield the spring switch was at the west end, so the wb would take the siding to meet the eb on the main with
just the reverse of grand ledge. if the timing was off, the train on the main would app at restricted speed prepared to stop and
prepared to line the switch for their movement, this came after the advent of the eot device and the end of crummies on trains

Wondering if D707 left some cars for Lowe’s on the siding cause they had 20 for them but can only fit 8 inside the gate. Not sure how many they can fit between the gate and siding switch.

In recent weeks (which includes today), D706 has waited in Lake Odessa for D705 to pass & I've heard the RN Dispatcher asking D706 about them going to Grand Ledge to wait there & D706 would reply they didn't want to have to deal with the hand-throw switches in Grand Ledge.
