CN hit a car that got stuck on the tracks at Waverly Rd in Lansing this morning around 6:00. Nobody was injured. No delays to Amtrak 365 either. I'm wondering if the very dense fog factored into this. When I was driving home at 2 this morning you couldn't see 50 feet in front of you. They did say too that it was an elderly driver.

I'm not sure if this is the same car or not. But 391 last night got a heads up about car stuck on tracks up around mp 53? if remember correctly.

Power on 451 were two very ordinary looking modern locomotives: a GE and an EMD/CAT but didn't get their numbers.

Should be a GEVO and an M-2, but I didn't see it in person so I can't say for sure.

Today, I photographed northbound "Late" train 384 in Fraser, 12:00 p.m. It was led by CN SD70M-2 #8873, a C40-8W and an SD70M-2 (unsure of numbers) with 126 cars!!!!
Man, it really was "Foggyful!!!!"

Train 391 NB past MP 22.5 at 7:40 pm.

CN 5718 & a black IC unit (possibly 1017) with a solid train of auto racks westbound through East Lansing at 00:06.

384 CN 2637 leading GTW 5936 and CN 2400 holding south on the Clem at the Milwaukee Junction just received a green signal.

Train 950 with GTW 6225 leading is good to south from Pontiac with 10 cars 9:44 AM.

First stop is Royal Oak Recycling, believe they are headed to east yard after that.

Spotted by Robert Borg. CN W.B. at Cory Tard in Delta Twp (Lansing) Mich with CN SD70 and BCOL 4618. Has to do work at the yard. Spotted at 1315.
Also spotted at 1315 is an E.B. CN manifest with IC 1025 as the leader and a CN SD70 trailing.

Train 451 rolling NB past MP 22.5 Holly with three big GE's and GP9r 4610 trailing. Didn't know such a low number GP9r was still on the roster.
