Looks to be quiet today at the GRE. They went to Lowell yesterday and looks like nothing in the yard today. The mechanics truck looked like he was leaving after the airtest at about 6:35. 36 pushing 371.

New customer in GRR for CSX. E I Dupont De Numoures is getting 'wet limerock' loaded in gons at the bids facility. They have a set of CSX gons in their pool and started loading yesterday. Trucked in from I don't know where...yet, and going...I don't know where..yet.

D709-22 still at Ensel at 1407 is because of a late call today. After spending all day working Webberville to Fowlerville, they were forced to come east to Howell at 2130 last night to die because they needed the Fowlerville pass for a G010 grain load, which later turned into another G number for the trip to Toledo.

They did give D709-22 a recrew, but the recrew did not show up until midnight and by the time the original crew left in the PTI to go back to Ensel it was 1232am. This is about the time the crew is normally back at their homes. The kicker was, with no AnnPere pick up, if Interational Paper had not been ready for a switch (which often happens, but they were) the recrew would have almost beat the original crew back to Ensel, going via PTI.

X500-21 CP 8507 OS Howell at 1648, give or take a few minutes.

Thats how they hide a late train. They don't take a hit on the 'stats' that way.
I'll look right now though. If it doesn't show up though that means a nice "friday' for the gang at the west end too!

Not in this case. Q33521 was annulled at Stanley due to the curfew at Wayne. There was too much GR traffic at Stanley to not run a train, so a s section was profiled.

If the only thing the were concerend with is hiding late trains, everything out of Toledo would be a "S" section these days..........

Tom, when you buy those new glasses get them in a L'amy Frame. They have tons of frames in all shapes and sizes for the 'discerning tastes of intelligent customers'. Thats my line by the way....the wife is the Michigan rep for L'amy and their Numero Uno sales rep in the US for the month of September...adds to her bottom line too.

Afternoon Guys! Caught X500 Clear Levan 5:30pmish CP #8907.... Had an WB did not get engine numbers about 6:32pm..... Y203... have not seen....

Also question.... what was NB at Haggerty this morning?? Was a 6 axle and looked to be 2 units with a manifest???
