I don't know why, but I do know that the conductor was surprised, too.
The 62 cars were picked up very shortly afterward by M392.

I dont think it was 398 earlier this morning either. I heard TD3 talking to a westbound (CN 8846) about a 10 mph restricted and meeting 398 around 6pm.

Mmmm. Where was that meet?
Anyone see CN 2558 today?
I had a real clear audio feed this morning. If not 398, what might it have been? Running short of daily eastbounds.
