I can try, These updates are from the type of horn I hear from my bedroom window
Ironically bad at Small Talk
Re: Shortline Updates February, 2021
If you're sharp enough to listen to the horn you surely can tell the consist by the clickity clack of the wheels

Sounds like the GDLK has started north from Plainwell. EOT signal is getting weaker. Unsure of the consist as they were in Otsego when I came across the tracks.

Hey Jim - what frequency is the EOT broadcasting at for GDLK? That might help me get just enough of a heads up for when I'd like to photograph them.
Grand Elk north through Byron Center at 10:35pm, WAMX 4124, a 2nd loco, and 27 cars. Laaatte run tonight.

The usual 452.9375/457.9375. From your location it might be hard to tell the GDLK from the CSX unless you are decoding it. Maybe if you are using a smallish antenna it may help.

No cars in Lowell or outside of Lowell. Anything at Ann Street waiting to head east?

All of the King traffic currently comes via CSX until King decides to pit CSX and NS/GDLK against each other again for the best rate.
