Not a good way to start out "Good Friday" but the last I knew at 05:45 Q33529 CSX 5336,4045 with over 7000 feet of train was going to be halted on the main between Trowbridge and Holmes Street (because thats the only place they would fit without blocking crossings) The reason? E94528 BNSF 8960,9444 was dead on the main somewhere between Ensel and Fox with crossings cut. Not sure what happened to him because he was by Howell @ 01:15 and had his EC1 form by the time they got to Williamston, and the RN said nothing to him about being short on time. If no one has seen either in GRP yet, this is the reason why.

Q33428 last night met E945 at Brighton. Not only did 334 have the fresh G&W painted MMRR 2019 on, as was reported yesterday, but they also stopped at Ensel to pick up the orange and black painted LTEX units, 1443 & 1419 that had either been used by, or stored by JAIL for over two years. After seeing a sea of orange on Essexville trains of late, (soon to go away again) this orange was a color from a different cat. LTEX 1419 came west on Q335 on 1-12-11, while LTEX 1443 came west on Q335 on 1-17-2011. If I remember right, it took forever to get them back to Ensel to go to JAIL after they got to GRP.

GRE: Went westbound over Leonard/Plainfield at 12:00 with a total of 12 cars. Consisted of one tanker and 11 CH's --- most of the CH's were the King Union Pacfics that went east earlier this week.

MQT Z15129 about to head south from Turner in Grand Rapids, GLLX 3001 leading at 12:51pm.

Sounds like E94926 just got the EC1 to come down from West Olive towards Holland and will go west from there - 1:08pm

Grand Elk Z739 has made three pickups from Old 17 in Grand Rapids today, finishing round 3 right now - 1:32pm.

The 9892 & 8832 were the pushers on N956 this morning. The inbound E945 crew took their power off and to the house to be serviced.
Y121 will be departing Wyoming westward shortly.
Also thought I heard a D802 in the yard a little bit ago.

Outbound crew should be getting on N956 at Wyoming now. D802 just went out to Grandville and will be coming back on Track 1 to tie onto the rear of the train with the 6 axle power from this morning's Q326.

Caught E94528 at the Holland Depot today around 2:20pm. Ran into another railfan named Sara down there taking photos of the caboose. Mentioned the site, hopefully she'll join up. Said she's from some Ironhorse place in Hudsonville.
