What do you think will make it? Is there some that I should drop? Is there some that I should add?

Thanks,

#5 looks like it has the best chance to get in

I'd say 4 & 5 have a chance, 6 if you crop out that car bumper. For my own choice, I like 7 alot. 3 of the M420W's together. Sweet!

i also think this one will also
I tried that one today. Rejected for "Bad Angle". I appealed it, saying that the angle was what made the picture interesting.

I also got some of my coolest photos rejected.

This one for bad image quality when I resized it. It looked fine to me, but I'll try to resize it better, and resend it.

I myself have decided to stop even submitting to rail pictures.net after this morning 10 rejections out of 10, its not worth it to me anymore trying to fix minor things in photoshop because there so picky.

8. Didn't upload.

9. Rejected : Poor Image Quality

10. Didn't Upload (didn't know what model the 2014 was  )

Number 5 & 8 didn't upload right (didn't upload #10)

So I uploaded three different pictures, that didn't make it because of poor image quality.

My problem is, all of the pictures that I tried to upload were under 1 mb, like it says, but when I tried to uploaded them, the site said that they needed to be 1024 kb wide. That is half the size of my pictures that are already under 1 mb. Then once I upload them smaller, then they got blown up to the 1 mb size and looked horrible and got rejected.

What editing programs do you use? And what size do you upload them to?

I use adobe photoshop elements 3.0 and upload the photos at 1024x768 at the recommend requirement of there site. Even after going into photoshop and fixing things like brightness/contrast or sharpness I'm still getting rejected photos. I am not trying to be negative when it comes to rail pictures.net but they have only not "rejected" 10 of my photos over the last year and a half. Most of the photos ive attempted to submit are found in my photo album on this site.

CMGN 2014- GP38, I think...
Personally I don't submit to that site either, mostly 'cause the quality of my work isn't up to their standards...
