Does anybody know of any shows around Michigan for 2022, especially in the coming month or two?

The 3rd annual George F Monaghan train show in Livonia MI. I've never gone but was planning on attending this year.

Gratiot Valley is supposed to have one at a soccer complex in Shelby Township this spring, there's one at the old Packard Proving Grounds (also in Shelby Township) at the end of February, and there's one in Port Huron (at the mall, NOT the convention center) April 30-May 1.
Edit: poster for the Port Huron show added.

Edit: apparently the GV show is May 7th. So two of the shows aren't until May.
If you're on Facebook, there's a group dedicated to posting information about train shows in the metro Detroit area that could be worth keeping an eye on.

Just a hop, skip, and a jump (and perhaps a slide if it's icy.
) south of the MI/IN state line is the train show at Das Dutchman Essenhaus on February 19th in Middlebury, IN. In the past, if you purchased a ticket, you'd get a 10% discount at their restaurant.

Yes, I am going to check it out. Don’t know much about it but I heard about it from a dealer I know at the Livonia show last Saturday. The show in Saline next weekend is usually a pretty big show worth attending.

Do they still have that show at the MBT Expo Center at the Monroe County Fairgrounds? I remember that one was usually a fair, sometimes good show that I almost always enjoyed going to.
Sadly, due to work, I've been TOTALLY out of the train show loop for the past several years.

That show hasn't been held for a long time, now. At least five years, I think.
It was what was left of the old Maumee show. Al Mitchell (who also owns Model Railstuff, the former Mr. Plaster line) bought the show from Steve Scanes a couple years before the Key Street Rec Center management started making changes that raised the rental costs dramatically. This included charging for parking and some other behind-the-scenes stuff that ultimately made it unsustainable to continue holding this show there, so Al moved the show to Monroe County.
