L303-09 @ 11:00 Grand Rapids mark up with the RN Dispatcher: assuming he has CSX engines #160 + #754 (it was all static heard). He’s building his train. Andy had advised last night's L302 had to spin the engines since the #754 is marked as a trailing engine only.
