1970s Topographical Maps of Michigan?

Many moons ago, somebody posted a link to a site where maps of Michigan circa 1975-76 were available for download.

Can anybody remember/find the link to that site? Try as I might, I can't find it. Attached is an example of what they looked like, this one is of the Saginaw area.

Thanks in advance!

Go here:

https://livingatlas.arcgis.com/topoexplorer/index.html

Enter your location and then click on the map. At the bottom, you'll see the available topos for that area by year. Once you select one, it will appear on the left hand side with an option to download under the name. The downloads are TIF files which can be converted into another image type or PDF file.

You can also get topo maps right from the USGS.

I recently found https://apps.nationalmap.gov/downloader/#/maps
I doubt you are in Livingston county, but I searched "Livingston county topographic map" and found these https://www.livgov.com/gis/Pages/map-gallery.aspx
Perhaps your county has a similar webpage?
