So since about the beginning of 2024 let’s say, NS and Ancora Holdings have been in a very intense battle to determine whether Alan Shaw should stay as CEO or someone else should take his place (some of the choices being either Jamie Boychuk from CSX or a guy from UPS who potentially has little to no rail experience) in wake of the infamous East Palestine, OH derailment. I created this topic to try and determine how some feel about this potential takeover situation and how you feel NS will be affected in wake of whoever remains triumphant.
