Yes, its the private driveway between M-115 and Pioneer Parkway. its on the west side of the old Kraft factory in Clare. It is looking south. Final run of the remaining old C&O Railway passenger train actually a mixed between Saginaw and Ludington was made on November 30, 1949.

I had been looking around Clare last summer and recognized the crossing. I used the FRA crossing database to confirm my guess. 8)

Probably somewhere on the CN Holly Sub at a non-discrete generic crossing with trees.
As a guess, Dilley Rd in Davisburg, near the headwaters of the mighty Shiawassee River.
