Just throwing out a guess of Fostoria. If that's not it, some other hint would be helpful as there's very little to go off of.

Looks like Holly before Lake State, but out of Michigan invalidates Holly.

Hamlet, NC is the CSX crew change for crews based out of Hamlet to work north to and from Raleigh, NC and work south to and from Columbia, SC.

looking west on the Ann Arbor's Saline branch from the Industrial Drive crossing. Back 7 years ago when I worked for the Annie, we would shove high cubes onto this spur for minor car repairs before they went into the Faurecia plant.

The Annie RR's Saline branch was formerly the old New York Central , old Lake Shore and Michigan Southern RR, now the Ann Arbor RR Saline Plant. The Faurecia Plant was the old Ford Assembly Plant. Also. above shot is looking southwest from the crossing.
