Message cooldown

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but when I send a PM and then make a post, I get the "You cannot send a post so soon after your last" despite it being a PM and in a completely different page.

You've got to wait 80 seconds between posts, whether it be a PM or a post on the board, or a combination of the two. Flood protection.
