Chatbox access

The Chatbox aka Shoutbox is having some issues with it. While it is still accessible, I disabled it from displaying on the main index page of the site. The direct link to the chatbox is at the top of the site labeled as "Chat Center", also able to be accessed via the Quick Links choice. If the chatbox errors and it's loaded on the main index page, it causes the entire message board to not display. Had issues with it a couple of weeks ago, and 3 times thus far today. Appears that if it's having a problem and I delete a certain database line of someone's chat message, it will then display ok. Not seeing any rhyme or reason as to what they are posting that is causing this issue though. I'll keep trying to troubleshoot.
