Pigeon CO-OP

I had to make a quick trip to Pigeon today and the colored bean plant seems busy. There were 13 boxcars on the the old PO&N main just south of Berne. There were 6 cars on the load out spur at the colored bean plant. Three were covered hoppers and the other three were boxcars. They were connected to the John Deere "switcher". There was a single covered hopper sitting between the grain elevator and the the colored bean plant. There were no cars at the CO-OP seed plant or at Active Feed on the west side of town.
