At this late stage in my career a steady income is preferred

The $10k a month since I assume that means $120k annual as opposed to $100k. That what credit cards are for

Probably a large salt water aquarium. I knew someone with one and it was pretty cool.

Train Yard. If it wasn't a military airport it would just be boring.

I plead ignorance...I've never tried either. I think I'd go with the vodka but having never tried it I may have some regrets
