I would rather spend a week at Isle Royale. I've spent many weeks on South Manitou Island. I love the Island style life. So unfettered. There is something utterly calming and peaceful about it.

Leafy deciduous trees. Neighbors ripped up their yard and part of ours installing a pool over the fall/winter. We added a few new trees along our property line, some pine and maples. Need to add more as they are outside far more often now and want more of a block. If leaves end up in their pool, so be it.

US energy independence! and stop all the tax subsidies across the board. I'm definitely for a hybrid approach to energy but I'd also rather continue to drill for oil and coal rather than mine the millions of tons of copper, zinc, lead, aluminum, lithium, etc... needed for solar and wind to say nothing of the massive amounts of land required for the turbines and panels.

I'd rather have a healthy heart. There are treatments for chronic pain that big pharma doesn't want you to know about.
