That is a really tough question for me AARR. I really would like both. A lot. My first cycling love is truly single track so I probably would go with that. But doing a calorie comparison the 30 miles of pavement probably burns minimum 500-600 more depending on pace. Still in the end I think I go with the 10 miles of single track all other factors equal.
