Sault pulpwood

Unread post by GAP »

On another board someone asks about pulpwood coming across the border at the Sault from the new Agawa Canyon RR (Previously Algoma Central). Does anyone know for sure where it is going, what mill, what town?

In the past the L-P plant in Newberry received Canadian pulpwood logs, up to 30% of their logs were from Canada (about 350 a year). I doubt they still get much pulpwood logs by rail anymore.
PatC created a monster, 'cause nobody wants to see Don Simon no more they want AARR I'm chopped liver, well if you want AARR this is what I'll give ya, bad humor mixed with irrelevant info that'll make you roll your eyes quicker than a ~Z~ banhammer...

Still comes in by rail. Can be anywhere from 4-15 cars of logs in Newberry.
