Amtrak Line Issue

Is Amtrak having a slower order issue through Dexter? The last few days when I've seen WB coming through, they have been at a reduced speed compared to what I normally see.

It’s not an “issue” per say it’s a speed restriction for the new ties. If I understand correctly, the new ties need a certain amount of tonnage over them before normal speeds resume.
