Does anyone here know when the "Allnex®" factory on Miller Road, Kalamazoo began operations? Specifically, was it Allnex® in 2009? I have a picture of GTW switching this factory in February 2009. Was it Allnex® then? I am finalizing words for my "Late" Train Calendar and just need to know if this was Allnex®!!!!

I've always been confused by the relationship between Allnex and Solvay. Does Solvay (formerly Cytec) own the property and Allnex just operate on a portion of it?
UPDATE: Allnex acquired the Coating Resins division from Cytec in 2013. Cytec would itself be acquired by Solvay in 2015. So, yes, two companies operate out of the facility. And to answer Robert's question, the facility was being called Cytec in 2009.

It looks like Allnex is now the only user of rail? It appears the Solvay operation is only on a small portion of the factory property.
