Huckleberry RR operations?

I want to get up to the Huckleberry while the holiday trains are running. I know the first train goes at 5:00pm, which allows for a few shots before dark, but I'm curious about how & when they move the train from the shop.
It looks like the connection to the main is east of the shop, so I assume one of 3 things happens:
If they park the train facing east, they could pull out and back to the station, or they could do a full round trip using both loops
If the train is parked facing west, I assume they would just back out and use the west loop to turn the train for the first run.
Does anyone know which of these is what happens, and about how early in the day do they move the train to the station?
