Lake States Railway binded by the old and the new.

Lets start with the old, In Cheboygan MIchigan. At the end of this article, Great Lakes Tissue laments the loss of the railroad that was abandoned by predecessor D&M. Do they transload in Alpena or Gaylord?

They don't transload AFAIK. I think at full capacity they can produce about 100 tons a day of product which is low volume for 50+ miles of track from Gaylord.
