19 year old was hit and killed by a train in Kalamazoo last night at E. Michigan and Riverview. Sounds like Grand Elk.

Likely GDLK, as amtrak 352, 351, 365, and 364 all show they were through Kalamazoo at their normal time. There's a bridge there, and GDLK would be going very slowly through that area too.

Re: Train vs Pedestrian in Kalamazoo
There is a huge homeless encampment right next to the north side of the tracks. The bridge isn’t too far to the east of where this encampment is at. In fact the encampment is sandwiched between the bridge to the east and the river to the west. If Arcadia Ale was still open they would have a wonderful view out the back windows. Maybe someone from the encampment was on the tracks. There isn’t really anything else around that bridge for a 19 year old to be hanging around for.
