Pioneer Railcorp Sold to BRX Transportation Holdings

Ed and List,
Not much is known at this time, but BRX Transportation Holdings appears to be an investment/management firm. It owns Brookhaven Rail Terminal, a transloading operation, on Long Island.
I’m sure everything Pioneer does and owns at present will be under review. The acquisition is expected to be approved the the STB in the 3rd quarter, so we’ll probably know more soon.
