Garrett, IN

I am going to Garrett, IN the day after New Year. A typical day in Garrett usually see's 30-40 trains, with it being the day after New Year would train traffic be affected? I know the railroad doesn't get Holidays off, but on Christmas the NS Chicago Line only ran priority intermodal trains. Would going to Garrett the day after New Year affect train traffic?
