Richmond, IN

A couple years ago I went down to the King Royals at El Dora Speedway and we stayed in Richmond, IN. The days we were there we went to the tracks for around 30 minutes. Each time we saw 1 train in the time frame. I do know Richmond is on the NS New Castle District. I counted about 16 daily trains but not sure if there correct or not. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Doesn't the INDIANA EASTERN run up to Richmond, and how often does it run,and who would be customers??
