CSX Traffic into Bedford, IN?

Bedford, IN, the site of Indiana Railroad's infamous street running, has become a dormant rail community since the last INRD train ran the rails in May of 2010. I wasn't aware anything still ran to Bedford (though I must acknowledge I am not familiar with the area), but CSX has a W087-28, a Herzog Ballast train scheduled into "Bedford, IN" from Vulcan, VA on Friday March 30th. I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about this movement, and even more so, what traffic still services the area. Thanks
