Folks, CSX Train 568 has just departed Walbridge Yard after 5:00 a.m. (Standard Time) (per Facebook® Gavin McLennan)! Man, I will go to Ohio in a few hours (with fellow 'Railfan' Rick McConber), but don't know if we can catch this! We both live in Roseville, MI!!!!! The train will drop the "Dead" units in Willard to connect to another train before going to LTEX in Lordstown, OH! He doesn't want to go as far as Willard though!!!! Any help is appreciated! This will be the only page I will look on the phone! I don't use the internet and definitely won't do Facebook® on a phone!!!!! Please help! I need to capture these units before they are gone forever!!!!

Alright, guess I cannot make this train! CSX Train 568 passed through Fostoria (reported on "Heritage Units") at 6:32 a.m. It may even be in Willard now! No one will take me today, even though I'd pay for a full tank of gas! The "Dead" units are being dropped off there to be changed to another train! Unknown time when that will leave!

Update: There really isn't an "Update" except these "Dead" CN units are still sitting in CSX Willard, OH yard! Unknown day/time for departure toward LTEX!!!! I am hopeful they will stay parked in Willard for a few days! Maybe I could get there somewhere between Thursday and Saturday!!!!! What are the likelihood they'd still be here? How friendly are the workers at Willard? Could they help in any way?

Nope!!!! These are already going east! GONE!!!! BCOL 4612 was spotted heading through Ravenna, OH @ 5:59 p.m.(by Conrail dash 8’s on 'Heritage Units'): https://heritageunits.com/locomotive/detail/BCOL4612

More old CN Dash 8 locomotives heading for "Scrap" soon!!!! Man, how many more engines will there be going to "SCRAP" after this? These should be at Walbridge now: CN C40-8 2104, CN C40-8Ws 2144/2174/2175/2144/2174/2175/2185/2193/2140!!!! The C40-8Ws are ex ATSF/BNSF! Man CN doesn't want these! Also another one, CN C40-8W #2159 will be on the way to Walbridge this morning on X383 from Sarnia! Well, look for a CSX train hauling eleven "Dead" CN engines to LTEX!!!!! I (RLJ II) am actually coming to Walbridge today (11-12) to check these out! No "Cowls" though!!!!!
