So I was in Deshler, Ohio during labor day weekend, one thing that caught my attention was an Ex CSX Safety Train boxcar in the middle of CSX Q509!
This boxcar had reporting marks MCYX 199009. However I just saw this article this article recently about them creating an all new one (I know this is an oldish article, I just haven't seen it until now). Why did they replace the original safety train? I saw photos of it while it was waiting disposition but it looked to be in good shape.
Here's a link to the photo

Re: CSX's safety train
Reporting mark appears to be MCVX registered to the Massachusetts Call Volunteer Firefighters Association. They have a lot of rolling stock. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Massachus ... ssociation
The reporting marks do not trace.
