L303-29 @ 11:19 Grand Rapids mark up with the RN Dispatcher with: CSX engines #5356 + #3104 (elephant style) & 28 cars (17 loads + 11 empties) @ 2,563 tons & 1,992 feet long. Sounds like he is still building his train. These engines are from yesterday’s M326-28.

L301-29 @ 11:30 westward reported by the Defect Detector mp CG19.1 Zeeland, Mi with 184 axles. CSX engines #4057 + #2428 & 43 cars. He’s headed into Waverly mp CG22.8 His plans for today have changed: he will not be going any further westward today & sounded like he may be tying down there.

L305-25 engine 2047 received permission to leave South Lyon WB at 14:50 on Monday 4/29/24. There is trailing unit, number unknown. Train was called out by Jacksonville dispatcher for blocking a crossing at the west end of siding.

Another strong train horn heard in downtown Grand Rapids right now at 15:45. Sounded like Marquette Rail’s or could be Grand Elk.

U301-29 @ 20:06 westward, Pass Track to Main Track, Holland, Mi Depot mp CG25.3 with CSX engines #4057 + #2428 & 27 cars. He has work at Hartford mp CG68.7 & Sawyer mp CG105.2 He will take Saugatuck siding mp CG32.1 & wait there until Amtrak P370 passes by (Amtrak is due at Bangor Station mp CG60.5 at 21:50). Once his work is done at Sawyer he'll be returning east straight to the Grand Rapids Terminal.
