Those are misrouted cars for Biewer. This is not lumber but crane mats. Saw it myself yesterday.

They are transloading in South Yard/Cavanaugh Yard
Speaking of Biewer loads, I was watching a video of HESR 740 northbound about a month ago with 4 Biewer loads then this week 701 had two more. Any ideas where these Biewer loads might be going?
No. Where was the video shot?

Both videos were between Saginaw and Bay City I’ll see if I can find the videos again. One was by Michael Caden and the other Diana’s Freighters and Trains IIRC.

Noppers, wasn't next to my phone until just before it arrived. This "snow" coming down is like a light freezing rain at the moment. The tracks have a little bit of snow on them, mostly ballast seen still.

I was standing outside shoveling this slushy mixture off the driveway and I am pretty sure that I heard the Elk coming back into Kalamazoo around 5:55pm. I could hear it blowing the horn around the G Ave crossing, the Mosul crossing and the crossings by Graphic Packaging and into downtown.
