EB G802-21 w CSX 4015/CSX 22 clear Airport Road bridge at 17:45. They had to stop at WE Ensel.

Will be interesting to see if these two units can pull that loaded train out of ADM Grand Ledge in 36 hours or so.

My bet is they will swap 4015 and 22 with one of the power sets on L302/303. You’re not making it up Ann Pere hill with 90 grain loads when one of your 2 units is an SD40.

I’ve heard even pulling out of ADM Grand Ledge w a full unit is quite taxing since it’s uphill thru the city

CSX L302-27 is currently sitting in the South Lyon siding. They have CSX 5402 leading followed by CSX 334 trailing.

Today's L305-27 who had not been to Howell since last Wednesday, was on it's way to Brighton to run around their 61 cars they have for GLC when lead unit 8181 quit loading climbing Ann Pere hill and stalled. L303-27 with its five car train behind them pushed 305 over the top of the hill and then followed them into the pass behind L305. When L302-27 clears Brighton. 303 will back out of the siding to proceed east, and 305 will then run around their train to head back west. A ton of cars to pick up out of the Howell pass but not sure how much time they will have to do all that.

And for what it's worth, I was out of power for 55 hours due to the ice storm last week from 8:55pm on Wednesday to 4:20am Saturday as was most of the city of Howell including downtown businesses. And, it could have been a lot longer than that if we were one of the last ones to get reactivated.
