Wb manifest by 205 at 1100. 2 cn, bcol 4609, ic 9621 and lots of cool cars. I did get video I'll post in a bit
WB M39931 w CN 8862/CN 5613/BCOL 4609/IC 9621. Nice catch!
Yes this is a "Nice Catch!!!!" Good to see BCOL "Cowl" C40-8M #4609 still out working trains! I caught it (and IC 'Blue Devil' 2466) August 27th in Port Huron on train 397! Remember? :?:

Today in Fraser however, I caught southbound train 383 in Fraser, Masonic Road around 9:30 a.m. It had CN ET44AC #3054 and CN "Fresh" AC44C6M #3306 leading, DPU CN "100" ET44AC 3219, 183 cars!!!! Do you (or anyone) know what number 3306 was in the past? Will it come back north on train 382 tomorrow (12-5)? My first time seeing a rebuilt CN C44-9W!!!! :D   :D

507 went past MP 22.5 around 7 pm. What is probably 508 is rolling by right now. Too dark to see.

Passing MP 22.5 at 1:43 pm. A lot of boxcars up front again including a nice old regular height CN 50 footer that used to be everywhere. Sounded like all four locomotives were pulling an it looks like it too from the 50 mph speed it is going up the hill. Shorter train.

L515 arrived in Mount Clemens with a 40 car train at 11:00 with CN 5456. Many scrap gons from DCON and the usual lumber and chemicals for Nolan and Gillen (Polyterm). Also, many Monday boxes for Chrysler.

M382 met L515 at Mount and had the town pretty well tied up for a spell as 515 just fit signal to signal in the siding waiting for the manifest and blocking a main Macomb county artery - pretty much a daily occurrence now. Could have used that 3000 ft they chopped out in the 90's.

L533, with GTW 5933, drew the short straw and had to wait for everybody to clear out before they could utilize Mount siding for their runaround. Too many trains - not enough track...

What time is it likely to get to Emmett? I have a guy (Roger) who could photograph this train for me with my 35mm camera!!!! 📷 📷 📷 📷 📷 📷 📷 📷

Well they must have added more locos! Do you know all four engine numbers on train 382? Also, when there were three trains at once in MC, did they use the third track? How did it look? I would have loved to see this!!!!

Didn't get the engines #'s on 382 today. L533 was short enough that I think they ducked into the Carter Lumber spur while MC was plugged up. With regard to the 3rd track in Mount Clemens, I believe that it can only be used by MoW equipment at present due to its condition. Any locomotive, let alone a six axle engine would likely be on its side quicker than you can blink. It's due for major rehabilitation...
