Ugh, guess I’m going to miss this train too. Waited 10 minutes at 54th St to see any activity. Felt awkward parking at a business and left.

Perhaps park at Ideal Park just south of 54th st? This time of year with no leaves on the trees, should be able to watch GDLK fine. Hasn't strolled by Byron Center yet, but I'm sure it's getting close based on Tankcar's post.

JALÈ ran NB in the daylight today. Z646 brought 2 CSX coils and 6 coils for CN. They worked Padnos on the way to and from CN and then picked up at CSX as well taking back 3 coils from CSX, a loaded rebar gondola from CSX and an empty tank car from CN

Gracias - north through Byron center at 2:14pm with same consist. 10 cars had boxcars, tank cars, and covered hoppers.

HESR headed north out of Bad Axe at Crown Road for Kinde. Light engines only.

Grand Elk southbound Wyoming 44th St area at 6:50pm. Assumed WAMX 4124 and WAMX 4125 and ? cars.

Horn blasts grows louder in the distance as train is approaching 50th St. Much clearer horn heard at 6:52pm

4017 was the third motor on GDLK tonight.

JAIL ran SB to NS overnight

Today, JAIL is NB in Lansing at CP Cedar. They already worked the Mason transloads, RSDC and Harris Rebar on their way north. Since CN worked the interchange yesterday they have cars to pick up at CN and CSX.

10:41 - NB JAIL w 821, 3 coils, one boxcar for CSX and four tank cars for CN w 822 facing SB on the rear entered Ensel Yard.

12:00 - 822/821 power light out of CN
