Well Folkz! CN Slug #600 was spotted on "Heritage Units" going east (north) in Clinton TWP. @1:37 p.m. today (11-20)!!!! Did anyone catch this? Where is it at? Probably was train 382! Where is the Slug going? Is this one of those "Bogus" posts? This would have been cool to see!!!!

E251 will have (in my opinion) the best lashup of the year today: SD40-2W, C44-9WL canadian cab and a CN (GT patch) SD40-2. Crew is OD in Flat Rock at noon per GTWChris

Just rolling past MP 22.5 right now at 5:22 pm. I could hear the SD40's shrill turbo sound pulling it up the Hill for a long ways before it arrived. I agree, great lashup and unexpected.

OH MAN!!!! More units? Hey, I thought CN was having their C44-9Ws rebuilt at Wabtec®! Guess an original one from 1994 is leaving!!!! Man, too many units are departing for "Scrapping" at LTEX recently!!!!

Robert is right, 2504 isn’t going to LTEX, the unit was online in the consist.
There was a SB out of Pontiac this morning around 4 am. My guess from the sound of it and the lack of rattling the house and it long length was that it was an empty autorack train, like a 280. I didn't want to get out of my warm bed to look!
Has 450 been running on the Holly lately? I haven't heard of one or seen one in about a month.
Per ATCS, a train NB turned EB on the High Wye toward Flint close to 15:00. Anyone have an idea what this is? One theory was LORAM but I've never seen it get lined like I would a train, so unsure if L507, an extra move or what. I thought it was E251 at first which now appears to be lined.

I figured CN wasn't getting rid of C44-9Ws! Guess C40-8 #2115 is now going for "Scrap!!!!" This is one of those "15th Anniversary" engines! "Heritage Units" has "suspended reporting" of CN 2115 saying "Currently awaiting a rebuild or scrap. Please contact support if you have supporting information!"

L507 died last night when it’s lead unit CN 5759 conked out south of Holly. They were able to pull into the siding.
L533 w solo unit came from PH to rescue em today and brought the train to Flint before they returned to PH.
Also had an M356 that was parked at Gaines last night because the crew wasn’t good any further. And a very long Z149 died in Flint on the main, forcing P364 to run the thorofare. All in all a stellar evening.
