At 23:19 an eastbound passed Hagadorn on Main 1, CN 3164 leading, and an unknown ex-CitiRail unit bringing up the rear.
I was wondering who they were on Main 1 for.

SB 515 went by past MP 22.5 with 5450 at 7:40 am running backwards this morning out of Pontiac Yard.

Chip - yes it did. This is an X393 for the UP in West Chicago. M393 is usually run out of Battle Creek. Last night/this morning they had a M39361, X39361 out of BC and then this X39361 out of Flat Rock, all for the Union Pacific.

L515 has IC 3123 today - just departed Mount Clemens for Nolan with 23 cars. Nice to see a geep working the line, especially a 40.

Prior to L515, L533 worked Mount Clemens and M383 came through mid-morning.

OK, all the "Retired" engines are in Ohio! The first batch (CN 2454/BCOL 4612/IC 2460/CN 2156/CN 2177) are already at CSX in Walbridge! The others actually went on train 383 early this morning (11-3)! There was a CN "Cowl," number 2415 not 2145! These engines are CN 2415, CN 2194, CN 2143, CN 2145, and CN 2155!!!!

Update: All ten CN "Dead" locomotives have now been combined and are at the east end of the CSX Walbridge, OH Walbridge Yard!!!! The arrival tracks (per Facebook® Gavin McLennan)! Now, no one knows when they will depart! Hopefully not today as I can make it tomorrow (11-6)! We shall see what happens!!!!

CSX Train 568 has just departed Walbridge Yard on train (per Facebook® Gavin McLennan)! Man, I will go to Ohio in a few hours (with fellow 'Railfan' Rick McConber), but don't know if we can catch this! The train will drop the "Dead" units in Willard to connect to another train before going to LTEX! He doesn't want to go that far though!!!!

11/7/22 12:42 53 degrees at CN Charlotte as CN 3275 and CN 2935 (with CN 2185, CN 2193, CN 2140 dead in tow) power 492 as it passes the old GTW depot and runs over the ChS junction switch. Today’s 492 is another FUNERAL TRAIN of 3 Dash-8s.

Weird power moves at MP 22.5 on the Holly this afternoon. Around 6 pm what seemed like a single lite locomotive drifted NB very slowly. It was dark so didn't see it well. Maybe 515 returning with a very short train or no train?

And just now at 6:42 pm two light locomotives drifted very slowly SB past the house. Maybe 508 with no cars? Is 508 still running now that 116 is running on the Holly again?

NB 515 is rolling by MP 22.5 right now at 7 pm. Looks like they are just starting out so the stall must have been pretty close by. Three locomotives now. Thanks for the report. I would really have been confused seeing this train right now. We haven't had a stall in the Hill in a long time.

NO!!!! Guess all C40-8 "Variants" are going away!!!! I missed all the others last week! Those 10 "Dead" engines at Walbridge departed much too early yesterday (11-6)! They departed Willard on the way to LTEX! GONE!!!! Last spotted heading through Ravenna, OH @ 5:59 p.m.(by Conrail dash 8’s on 'Heritage Units'): https://heritageunits.com/locomotive/detail/BCOL4612 How many more remain on CN? Are more "Cowls" going to be coming? GEEZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
