Cool that IC "Blue Devil" C40-8W made it back to Michigan! Now hopefully the Last working "Cowl" BCOL C40-8M #4609 will also make it to MI! OK, where is that Loram® "Grinder Train" working today, November 10? Last night it was spotted heading east at Lapeer! My guy (with my 35mm camera) can photograph for me around Emmett!!!!

AM report on the CN Flint Sub in potterville and lansing. Pretty solid morning for activity.
1. Westbound Canadian national A491 with a pair of SD70M-2s at 7:18 am in potterville
2. Westbound Canadian national local train L501 heading to Battle Creek at 7:28 in potterville with three emds
3. Eastbound Canadian national mixed freight train. Big train. Gevo leading in potterville at 8:20 am
4. Westbound canadain national mixed freight train M399. CN 2262 leading a blue devil. Big train for two units at 8:30 am in potterville
5. Westbound Amtrak 365 makes the station stop in East Lansing 11 minutes early and leaves on time. Impressive for that train tbh
6. Eastbound canadain national mixed freight train through east Lansing at 10:35 am with a gevo, m-2 and an offline dash 8 that is being preserved somewhere in Michigan. Cannot say who bought it or where it's going. Confidential stuff

Well cool!!!! Here is some good news for an old Dash 8!!!!! Confidential CSXBOY, but did you see what kind of engine? Was it a "COWL?" We need one of those preserved! Would S.R.I. capture this? Maybe a new display at Lapeer, Imlay City or Port Huron PH&D? M.T.M. does not have the cash! Maybe CN is donating one!!!!

WB Q123 w CN 5620/CN 8023/CN 5728/CN 2660 and all intermodal including a good chunk of 53' EMP containers clear Trowbridge at 12:40. It will meet EB M396 and EB Q116 probably at CP Mill. Not sure where 5620/8023 came out of but when Q123 came into the US it only had 5728/2660. d
