MQT appears to be parked under the ramps for US 131 and I-96. Unsure of direction because I just saw it on the traffic cam

JAIL NB waiting for 1 at Cedar now
JAIL was SB with four boxcars from CSX for Greif/MI Packaging around 13:30 yesterday. 1751/1760 w 1751 running SHF, not as the gods intended.

CN R934 w IC 6250 (OLS unit) switched out the JAIL interchange shortly thereafter.

Well over an hour from the time I texted you about them heading south that they finally passed by you. Hmm…are there any businesses to switch after they have left Hughart?

GRHC - you know every night I can imagine he is in front of his computer screen sitting in his underwear swearing profusely and drinking Blatz beer combing the RailRoadFan website for grammatical errors.

MAC in Newaygo loading grain yesterday and today. They usually spend two days loading then MQT picks it up on their way south vs. a dedicated train. So possibly this evening.

Right, was quite the delay. On the northbound run, saw a steel coil car as the first car on the train. Perhaps they switched Magic Steel near 44th St on the way south? Usually that customer is switched by the yard job based out of Grand Rapids.

Grand Elk north through Byron Center at 10:50am. WAMX 3808, WAMX 4189, WAMX 4124 and 25 cars. Mostly tank cars with a few covered hoppers and boxcars at the rear. Pretty early for them today.

Back south at 1:19pm with WAMX 4124, WAMX 4189, WAMX 3808 and 14 covered hoppers. Probably making a stop at Moline on the southbound run.

Towards port Huron. I assume they would do a reverse move at belsay to get back on their home rails. I'm not familiar with their trackage over there except their interchange with cn on the map.
