I think GDLK left the metro Plainwell area in the 3:30 to 4:15 range. I went over the M-89 crossing around 2:30 while they were switching Otsego. I couldn't see any rail cars parked to the south. That suggests that they left the train south of Riverview Dr. If that is indeed the case, it should be one of the longer trains. There is more space to park a train south of Riverview than between Riverview and M-89. Hopefully ~Z~ will get a count.
Trails to Rails. Put the track back.

Hey ya Jim - Grand Elk north through Byron Center at 8:45pm. WAMX 4125 leading two other locos and exactly 30 cars.
Went back south at 1am Tues morning. Looked vaguely like 3 locos, probably 40-50 cars.

JAIL just went SB to the CN interchange by Michigan Ave, should be arriving there anytime now. 1758 leading 60 and 2 tankers. Looks like some potential new transload biz

No, 1758 leading 1760 with 2 cars
1758/1751 back at Ensel. 1751 leading now and calling CSX as Z646 to get access to CSX tracks, progressing EB until Kalamazoo Street where they split off and go south to Mason.

Corrected original post as my friend got the 1860 wrong for 1751.

Interesting the way the had the locos oriented today they did not run LHF.

Plz see video.

10 coils for RSDC from CSX, 2 TR boxcars (from CN), 2 CSX boxcars. All four boxcars for MI packaging.

GRE EB clear Leonard/Plainfield. Came upon the tail end, guessing at least a dozen cars.

ADBF 1758/1760 spotted getting fueled up in Mason at 09:45 this morning. 1758 pointing north, 1760 south, so they are oriented short-hood forward and not the usual LHF.

This arrangement was visible in the video I posted last week ^^

10:30 AM they were spotted crossing Jolly Rd NB.
