Was he just a lone engine without cars going into Waverly? The DD at mp CG19.1 had said twice "no defects, axle count malfunction" and then reported 5 axles & 19 feet.

Y121-21… I have lived next to the tracks from 60 feet to 500 feet away for 43 years in five different locations and i’ve met a lot of really cool very friendly railroad personnel in my lifetime the guy in this photo is definitely not one of them … that’s my truck in the photo as soon as I took the photo I jumped in my truck and then pulled it clear of the area … @10:18 back at mp CG20.67 waiting for Y121-21

Some perspective here. That’s a trainee or a very new hire conductor based on the orange vest. He has probably never handled a high/wide load before and is nervous. To have a stranger parked there taking his picture is probably not helping him feel any better. You were also parked a bit close, I probably wouldn’t have been super friendly, either.

Y121-21 @ 15:25 eastward on Holland’s Dock Main Track mp CG25.0 with CSX engine #4303 & what looked to be about 6 cars loaded with scrap metal & the OLS Caboose. Apparently, he's waiting for a signal to back westward past the Amtrak Station & then proceed eastward to go into Holland via tha Pass Track.

That's D801-21 with CSX engines #814 + #735 lite power headed to Kirk mp CG70.2 to pick up the N800-18 that’s tied down there. He's waiting on the Wye for Y121-21 to clear by.

Ok, this got interesting with Y121-21, at 15:50 he was seen moving eastward on the Dock Track to the Main with the CSX #4303 & 6 loaded Gons to be tied onto the loaded Gons & the OLS Caboose he had left on the Main. I haven't seen that move made before.

Y121-21 @ 15:56 is on the move eastward with this entire train.

1640: Y121 with CSXT 4303 3 SMW boxcars and their caboose heading out of Waverly Yard at Waverly and then shoving up the Fremont Sun to switch Stow at Riley Street.

About 10 empty coal hoppers plus tanks and gons in Holland siding east of Lakewood….Muskegon setoff?
