At 08:13, RN Dispatcher advised Amtrak P371 he will be meeting Q326 at Michigan City mp CG126.1 The PTC system servers have dropped off line & Amtrak's max speed will be 59 mph until the system is restored. Amtrak was stopped at mp CG84.6 at 08:07 when the PTC was lost.

16 less axles. I'm going to guess when I go up to Lake O later today there will be 4 Reefers on the old team track at Twin City foods.

Often get advance word on this from Lansing Rail Fan or others, but not this time. Had another grain empty go west to Webberville overnight. By Howell at 00:25. Did not see the train but the motor and horn after it went by sounded as if there was an EMD in the consist. Train was either V74426 or V774-26. One of the units, either leading or trailing was 3026. Crew had the train spotted in the plant by 03:15.

V744-26 with CSX 3026/CSX 539, both units forward facing.

Q327-01 @ 12:38 westward reported by the DD mp CG44.2 with 364 axles. CSX engine #875 & 88 cars & rear dpu CSX #3200 (footage data was stepped on by another radio call).

Q326 ok through the MOW limits in Holland, running through the pass at Waverly.

Q327 west near GJ, just passed westbound empties at Wells that will likely be moving soon.

D700 is finishing up their work in Grandville and will be departing west shortly.

Y121 is done with their work in Wyoming and will be following D700 west.

D706 is currently putting their train together from 35 and 37 track and will be heading east soon.

Z151 is at Plaster Creek with 10 cars inbound.

All of this between 12:30 and 12:42.
