D708-31 west departed Howell for Lansing at 14:42 after setting off 6 cars in the transfer for GLC and picking up 39 cars from GLC in the Howell pass. 25 of 39 were tank cars. 8388 on the head end.

Update: at 15:40 D700 called Rouge saying he had 33 cars for them. That would mean the correct axle count is 140 making for a +5 DD count error. However, I have heard before Rouge being told by an engineer with an incorrect car count, so, who knows what's what today.
